Stay Healthy!

As we navigate this new normal, remember to stay healthy and take care of yourself. No one can do this but you. With protests and tensions amid high unemployment rates, it is easy to have anxiety or concerns about what tomorrow may tomorrow. Put your trust in your higher power, mine is in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pray, if your believe in the power of prayer...I do. Ask your higher power for peace that surpasses all understanding. Wear mask and wash your hands, faith without works is dead. And lastly, LOVE others, navigate with understanding and be open to diversity.
